At Rosia, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
